Ingredients:
- 200g Gamze smoked salmon
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup burnt chilli mayonnaise (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sliced jalapenos
- Optional toppings: chopped coriander and diced tomatoes
Instructions:
- Mix shredded cabbage, spinach, avocado, and flaked salmon. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
- Warm up the tortillas.
- Spread burnt chilli mayo on tortillas.
- Top tortillas with the avocado salmon mixture.
- Serve with optional toppings.
