Gamze Smoked Salmon Tacos

Hot Smoked Salmon Tacos


  • 200g Gamze smoked salmon
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup burnt chilli mayonnaise (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sliced jalapenos
  • Optional toppings: chopped coriander and diced tomatoes


  1. Mix shredded cabbage, spinach, avocado, and flaked salmon. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
  2. Warm up the tortillas.
  3. Spread burnt chilli mayo on tortillas.
  4. Top tortillas with the avocado salmon mixture.
  5. Serve with optional toppings.
