Gamze smoked salmon salad

Deconstructed Salmon Sushi Salad


  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • Sushi rice seasoning
  • 2 sheets nori (seaweed), cut into thin strips
  • 150g Gamze smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons crispy shallots
  • Kewpie mayonnaise


  1. Cook sushi rice following package instructions, then season with sushi rice seasoning.
  2. Once it cools, spread the rice evenly on a large serving plate.
  3. Arrange sliced Gamze smoked salmon, creamy avocado slices, crunchy julienned cucumber, and carrot strips over the rice.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and crispy shallots.
  5. Drizzle on some Kewpie mayonnaise for an extra creamy kick.
