- 1 cup sushi rice
- Sushi rice seasoning
- 2 sheets nori (seaweed), cut into thin strips
- 150g Gamze smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons crispy shallots
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Cook sushi rice following package instructions, then season with sushi rice seasoning.
- Once it cools, spread the rice evenly on a large serving plate.
- Arrange sliced Gamze smoked salmon, creamy avocado slices, crunchy julienned cucumber, and carrot strips over the rice.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and crispy shallots.
- Drizzle on some Kewpie mayonnaise for an extra creamy kick.
