Chicken Egg wrap

Smoked Chicken and Low Carb Egg Wrap


  • Thin omelette (made from eggs)
  • Zucchini, grated
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • Gamze smoked chicken
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil (for frying)


  1. Prepare the Omelette Wrap: In a bowl, mix the grated zucchini, eggs, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until well combined. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil. Pour a portion of the egg-zucchini mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a thin omelette. Cook until set and lightly golden on both sides. Repeat with the remaining mixture to make additional wraps. Set aside to cool.
  2. Assemble the Wrap: Once the omelette wraps have cooled, place slices of Gamze smoked chicken on each wrap.
  3. Roll it Up: Carefully roll the omelette around the smoked chicken to form a wrap.
