Smoked Trout: 200g
Farmed Rainbow Trout from Mansfield, brined in our special cure and hot smoked. This product comes as a whole fish and tastes amazing. With a delicate pink flesh it goes very well with cheese and other pickled goods on a charcuterie board. You can also add hot smoked trout to a creamy pasta to give the perfect salty hit of protein.
The flesh will come from the bone as a whole piece so just peal back the skin and with a knife run it down the top of the fish. this will allow you to pull it away from the bones and then for the other side turn it over and repeat.
